Certification as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Internal Auditor is preferred.

Job Responsibilities: I. Drawing-related Tasks: 1. Responsible for translating customer and sales department requirements into production-ready drawings and BOMs, ensuring accuracy and production suitability. 2. Adjust process parameters based on drawing specifications to ensure product compliance with design requirements. 3. Assist customers in the auxiliary design of components supplied by the company and submit relevant design documentation. 4. Arrange for technical personnel to provide on-site technical guidance and handover; conduct training on processes and tooling usage for workshop operators to address production challenges and improve operational standardization. 5. Handle all technical issues within the company and support communication between sales and customers. 6. Collaborate with the Equipment Department to manage tooling and fixtures throughout the entire lifecycle (from requirement definition, design, review, debugging, maintenance, to disposal). II. Prototype Development: 1. Lead new product development reviews and track the prototype manufacturing process. 2. Assist the Quality Department in analyzing quality issues during the prototyping phase and post‑prototype use. III. Document Management and Changes: 1. Manage changes to customer‑provided drawings, standards, and specifications, issuing corresponding change notices. 2. Oversee technical document management, including the preparation, archiving, updating, and control of process documents, tooling drawings, customer‑converted drawings, and technical specifications, ensuring completeness, compliance, and ease of access and use. IV. Quality Assurance: 1. Assist the Quality Department in analyzing customer feedback and addressing routine production‑related quality issues reported by the workshop. 2. Support the company’s ISO 9001 quality system audits. 3. Provide technical support to the Procurement Department for supplier quality management. V. Process Engineering: 1. Develop and optimize process plans and documentation, oversee process implementation, resolve production‑related technical challenges, and ensure product quality and production efficiency. 2. Drive process improvements, collaborate with relevant departments to streamline workflows, promote process standardization, and reduce production costs. VI. Team and Department Management: 1. Familiar with metal materials and machining equipment, with strong capabilities in standardized technical document management. 5. Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for developing production processes for the company’s stainless steel components, as well as preparing, updating, and implementing process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 2. Oversee new product sampling and small-batch pilot production; assess process feasibility, finalize process specifications, and mitigate risks associated with mass production. 3. Resolve various process-related issues on the shop floor, addressing dimensional deviations, surface defects, welding flaws, and other abnormalities in stainless steel welding, polishing, surface treatment, and other operations, and ensure closed-loop corrective actions are implemented. 4. Continuously optimize production processes and parameters, improve tooling and fixtures, reduce material waste and scrap rates, and enhance production line quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. 5. Collaborate on root cause analysis of quality anomalies and customer complaints, develop improvement and preventive measures from a process perspective, and standardize process execution on the shop floor. 6. Maintain accurate process data records and archive technical documentation, monitor the implementation of new processes, and ensure stable mass production on the production line. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with backgrounds in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, materials science, mold design, or related fields are preferred. 2. At least 3 years of experience in process engineering within the stainless steel sheet metal or hardware industries. 3. Thorough understanding of the properties of common stainless steel grades and expert proficiency in core manufacturing processes. 4. Familiarity with mechanical drawings; capable of independently drafting process documentation, completing new product process development and pilot‑production validation, and proficient in CAD software. Strong skills in on-site problem solving and process optimization, with excellent execution, communication, and coordination abilities; able to adapt to the pace of workshop mass production and demonstrate strong resilience under pressure.

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for supplier development, evaluation, and procurement of stainless steel components, establishing a stable procurement and supply system. 2. Manage the entire outsourcing process for certain raw materials, standard parts, and accessories, including order follow-up, progress coordination, and delivery management. 3. Ensure timely arrival of materials each day in alignment with production needs. 4. Monitor delivery schedules, track and address any schedule deviations, and promptly report unresolved issues. 5. Complete incoming material inspection and arrange for qualified goods to be put into inventory. 6. Handle supplier-related accounting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. 7. Assist in establishing supplier quality control mechanisms, conduct regular quality audits and performance evaluations, and ensure that material quality meets production standards. Job Requirements: 1. Associate’s degree or higher; candidates with a background in supply chain management, mechanical manufacturing, or related fields are preferred. 2. Job Description: 1. Implement and enforce the quality management system, promptly address issues arising during the production process, ensure product and service quality, and meet customer requirements; assist in conducting quality system and process audits as scheduled and track corrective actions. 2. Develop and refine production process standards, manage quality for other mature products, and analyze quality performance throughout the production process. Establish inspection and control documentation for product quality, provide training to quality inspectors, and lead the preparation and maintenance of control plans. 3. Product quality management: guide quality inspectors in their inspection tasks; oversee day-to-day product quality on the production line; establish, implement, and maintain product audit procedures. 4. Job Description: 1. Conduct material counting, verification, and acceptance based on shop drawings and material lists. 2. Perform assembly, drilling, beveling, grinding, and other operations in accordance with drawings and actual installation requirements. 3. Assemble and adjust pipelines after welding is completed. 4. Maintain daily 5S practices in the workshop. 5. Carry out other tasks assigned by department management. Job Requirements: 1. Secondary vocational school diploma or higher; one year or more of pipefitting experience preferred. 2. Able to read single-line diagrams and perform assembly according to drawings. 3. Willing to undertake tasks such as grinding and welding support. 4. Possess basic knowledge and awareness of safety precautions. 5. Strong sense of product quality and a high level of work responsibility.

Job Requirements: 1. Possess relevant welding experience and be familiar with at least one of the following: shielded metal arc welding, gas tungsten arc welding, aluminum welding, or brazing. 2. Be hardworking, resilient, and willing to work overtime. 3. Candidates without a welding certification may receive company‑provided training to obtain one. 4.
