To align with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and exceed the supply-chain access standards of key Western customers, Changli has launched a comprehensive CSRD sustainable compliance system, covering four core dimensions: Environment, Society, Governance, and Supply Chain Due Diligence, to build a sustainable management framework and reinforce its global competitiveness.

▪ Environment: The company continues to deepen green factory initiatives, implementing distributed PV, production equipment energy-saving retrofits, and lean energy management to steadily drive low-carbon operations.
▪ Society: Strictly implementing safety, occupational health, employee rights protection, welfare, and training systems to maintain harmonious labour relations.
▪ Governance: Establishing a full-chain anti-corruption internal control system, signing integrity commitments for key positions (procurement, sales, bidding), and integrating business ethics into performance evaluations and partner admission criteria, ensuring a solid institutional compliance foundation.
▪ Supply Chain Due Diligence: Integrating sustainability criteria into supplier screening and assessment – evaluating upstream raw material and component suppliers on environmental, labour, and business ethics aspects, extending compliance requirements throughout the upstream supply chain for a resilient, traceable, and sustainable supply chain.
