Recently, our company’s canteen completed a comprehensive upgrade, establishing a catering system with controlled sourcing, standardised procedures, and full traceability – improving food safety, operational efficiency, service quality and thus reinforcing employee and environmental well-beign, reinforcing the foundation of the company’s high-quality development.

Direct Sourcing from Production Areas to Build a Controllable Supply Chain

To address common pain points in traditional procurement – numerous intermediaries, long traceability chains, and inconsistent quality – the administrative team, after multiple on-site inspections, qualification reviews, and sample tests, selected two local certified organic farms as strategic partners, signing long-term direct supply agreements and establishing a “farm-to-canteen” delivery route.

 

Under the agreements, these farms strictly follow organic standards: using organic fertilisers, physical and biological pest control, and no chemical pesticides or fertilisers. Vegetables are picked in the morning according to daily orders, then tested , sorted, and delivered by refrigerated trucks within 4 hours from harvest to warehouse – achieving “picked, delivered, and used on the same day” to offer maximum freshness and nutritional value to our employees.

 

Continuous Optimisation to Support High-Quality Development

Since this upgrade, key canteen performance metrics including employee satisfaction have improved significantly. Food safety is a core commitment, and employee welbeing is the foundation of our stable growth.
