They established a “University Student Internship Base” and “Industry-University Research Innovation Center”, initiating a new phase of talent cultivation, joint R&D, and resource sharing.

Changli, located in Lijia Town, Wujin District, Changzhou, is a national high-tech enterprise and Jiangsu “Specialized and Sophisticated” SME with over 20 years in refrigeration piping and starter motors. Changzhou University, as a highlevel comprehensive university, adheres to the philosophy of “based in Changzhou, serving the region” and has strong research and teaching capabilities in applied talent development and industrial technology. Since establishing an internship cooperation in 2021, both Changli and Changzhou University have built a solid foundation in student practice and talent exchange. ③ Resource sharing – regular mutual visits, open access to production sites and university research platforms, plus joint party-building activities and on-campus recruitment.

This signing is a key step in Changli’s strategy to strengthen its talent and innovation capabilities.
