Comprehensive Company-Wide Cleanroom Training: A Proven Method to Improve High-End Product Manufacturing Quality

Changli conducted a comprehensive cleanroom protocols training—combining theory and practice—for over 100 frontline staff, achieving a 100% pass rate. Moving forward, regular training sessions will be held to ensure high-quality production as the new facility goes operational.
Changli recently completed a company-wide training program on cleanroom operating standards, aimed at further tightening quality control for our high-end liquid cooling tubing production.
Changli currently operates an 800 m² Class 100,000 (ISO 8) cleanroom, the core area for the precision assembly and testing of liquid cooling tubing assemblies. To guarantee product cleanliness, all personnel entering the cleanroom must strictly follow protocols, including cleanroom gowning, air-shower decontamination, and controlled material ingress and egress. The training combined theoretical instruction, hands-on practice, and formal assessments, covering more than 100 frontline operators and QC staff in the stainless steel tubing workshop.
During the program, the Quality Department led sessions on cleanroom particulate control standards and key practices for stainless steel tubing cleaning and protection. Meanwhile, the Engineering Department provided live demonstrations and coaching on critical processes, such as fitting assembly and leak testing. All trainees passed both the written exam and practical assessment, achieving a 100% pass rate.
A company spokesperson noted that with the upcoming commissioning of the 20,000 m² Phase-II liquid cooling tubing production facility, regular cleanroom operations training will remain a standard practice to support scaled-up capacity and ensure sustained high-end product quality.
